My name is Nicola - I am a wife, mom of 2 young adults and 3 dogs.

I spent 25 years battling my weight - tried ALL the diets, randomly played sports and tried different workouts. The biggest issue was inconsistency and not understanding WHY exercise and nutrition were important... not just in the short term but in the long term!

In 2010 I was introduced to a platform that offers everything I need. Everything was going GREAT until I hit my late 40s and the brain fog set in and I could not drop the holiday weight gain easily anymore! What changed? Perimenopause! Now I share how I am adjusting to the new changes in my body and how lifestyle changes are key to maintaining control of our health as every year passes!

I always have workout options - whether I am home or traveling. I always have nutrition tools I can use to stay on track - or to help me get back on track when I stumble. I have a community of like minded women who I check in with daily, meet on zoom for workouts and support while they support me. I have the luxury of being paid to stay healthy and to inspire others to live their BEST LIVES! Life if pretty great and I want to share all I know with you too!
